Biography
He graduated from the Faculty of Geography of Leningrad University with a degree in geophysicist, surveyor (1930).
In 1931-1937, assistant professor, deputy. Director of the Taganrog Institute of Agricultural Mechanization.
In September 1937 he was arrested. 07/22/1938 sentenced to 10 years + 5 subsection under Art. 58-7, 17-58-8, 11 of the Criminal Code. He served time on Solovki, then Norillag from 08/16/1939 to 08/01/1954. 12/30/1950 sentenced to settlement.
He worked at the construction of the Norilsk Combine and at the Norilskproekt Institute: engineer, department head, and since 1963 the chief engineer of special projects.
In 1966, the Lenin Prize was awarded for participating in the implementation of advanced industrial methods in the construction of the polar Norilsk Combine and the city of Norilsk in permafrost soils.
