Biography
Representative of the Polish family of Krasinsky , coat of arms Slepovron .
In military service since 1789. Member of the Russian-Polish war of 1792 . During the battle of Zelentsy , shell-shocked, left the battlefield and deserted. General T. Kostyushko , unsuccessfully, demanded that he be brought to trial.
The following year, at his own expense, formed a rifle battalion, which he commanded with the rank of major . In April 1874, thanks to the great influence of relatives, Kosciuszko appointed him commander of the 18th Infantry Regiment, and in the same month awarded him the rank of Major General .
A participant in the battle of Brest in 1794, during which he lost an artillery battery. September 20, 1794, wounded, was captured by the Russian army.
At the end of 1806, with the rank of brigadier general, he joined the army of the Duchy of Warsaw , which was under the protectorate of Napoleonic France and under the auspices of the Saxon king .
Originally was in the retinue of Napoleon , later - under the command of General I. Zayonchek participated in the campaign against Moscow in 1812 . At first he commanded the infantry brigade of the 17th Infantry Division of General Dombrowski, from August 18, 1812 he took command of the 16th Infantry Division of the Napoleonic troops instead of the wounded I. He fought near Mozhaisk , during a retreat in the battle of Berezin, took command of the remains of the defeated 5th Corps of the French. On December 20, he brought his unit to Warsaw, retaining all the cannons and most of the banners.

In the battle of Leipzig , was captured. Then he served in the army of the Kingdom of the Polish Russian Empire . He received the 2nd Infantry Division under his command.
Forgiven by the Russian emperor, on September 3, 1826 he received the rank of infantry general in the army of the Kingdom of the Polish Russian Empire and was appointed commander of the infantry units of the Kingdom of Poland . In May 1829, he was removed from his post and left in the army a la suite .
In 1830 he was awarded the Insignia for 25 years of service. Cavalier of the Order of Virtuti Militari and the Order of St. Stanislav 1st degree with a silver star.
After the beginning of the November uprising of 1830 , from December 4, 1830 to March 8, 1831, he served as Minister of War in the rebel government. Not showing due decisiveness and initiative, he was relieved of his post.
After the defeat of the uprising, he lived in exile in Vologda .
After the exile, he returned to Warsaw, where he died in 1840.
