About the album
After the Trial by Fire: Live in Leningrad concert in the USSR in 1989 , the group left the brothers Johansson and Joe Lynn Turner , so Yngwie began recording a new studio album with a completely updated collective - now it has become completely Swedish, all new members were Swedes. Swedish singer Goran Edman (ex- Madison ) became the vocalist, keyboardist Mats Olasson (ex- Silver Mountain ), bassist Svante Henrison , and Michael Van Knorring , who previously played in the little-known Swedish group Mentzer and in the Norden Light group, was chosen as the drummer . released one album in 1987 .
In general, the album is characterized by a more noticeable shift in both sound and lyrics to a more commercial, softened sound and more suitable for radio format. Although the songs from the album hit the charts, the disc did not earn the popularity of its predecessors.
