Biography
He was one of the ideologists of the development and implementation of a new flow-speed method of building construction, which consisted of widespread use in the construction of tower cranes and the use of reinforced concrete, which ensured an increase in labor productivity while reducing construction time.
In the postwar years, he was engaged in the restoration of destroyed buildings: the Hammer and Sickle factory, the Manege, the educational building of the Moscow State University, and residential buildings on Gorky Street. In 1947-1952 he took part in the development of the method of flow-speed construction of residential buildings on Sandy streets , where the transition to the use of large prefabricated reinforced concrete parts was carried out. In 1952-1954, the first deputy chief and chief engineer of the Architectural and Planning Directorate of the Moscow City Executive Committee in 1954-1955 - deputy chief of Glavmosstroy. In 1955-1961 - Deputy Chairman of the State Committee of the USSR Council of Ministers for Construction.
