Esperance Jardzhis ( Arabic. الترجي الرياضي الجرجيسي ) is a Tunisian football club from the city of Jardzhis . The home matches are played by the team at Stud Glidy , which seats about 7,000 spectators.

The club was founded in 1934 and for decades played in the lower leagues. The rise of “Esperanza” in the hierarchy of Tunisian football began in the 1980s, while the club from Jardzhis debuted in the Professional League Championship 1 , the main football tournament in Tunisia, in the 1991/92 season. However, according to the results of that tournament, Esperance took the penultimate (13th) place and left the league. He returned to the elite division “Esperance” 2 years later, in the 1994/95 season , and played the role of the middle peasant in him before the 2002/03 championship , when he took the last place to fly to League 2. The team needed a year to return, and in 2005 Esperançu conquered the Tunisian Cup , in the final he beat teammates from the capital of the country with a score of 2: 0.
This success allowed Esperanza to debut in the international arena, at the KAF 2006 Confederation Cup . In the preliminary round, he managed to overcome the resistance of the Burkinian “ Ouagadougou ”, in the very first round “Esperance” at home turned out to be stronger than the Moroccan “ Khouribgi ” (1: 0), but in the return match was defeated with a score of 0: 6 and flew out of the tournament.
