The Kulpinsky rural district is an abolished administrative-territorial unit that existed on the territory of the Dmitrovsky district of the Moscow region in 1994-2006.

The Kulpinsky Village Council was formed in the first years of Soviet power. According to 1918, he was part of the Obolyanovo volost of the Dmitrov district of Moscow province [2] .
In 1926, Kulpinsky s / s included the village of Kindyakovo , Kostino , Kulpino , Larionovo and Peshkovo , the agricultural cartel Glukhovo and the forest gatehouse Chaltsevo [3] .
In 1929, Kulpinsky s / s was assigned to the Dmitrovsky district of the Moscow district of the Moscow region.
February 27, 1935 Kulpinsky s / s was transferred to the Communist region .
On June 14, 1954, Klusovsky , Lukyanovsky , Semenovsky and Turbichevsky s / s were attached to the Kulpinsky s / s.
On December 7, 1957, the Communist region was abolished and the Kulpinsky s / s was returned to the Dmitrovsky district.
On August 20, 1960, the villages of Aladyino , Borodino , Demyanovo , Kostyunino , Kurakino, Maslovo, Novoselki , Romantsevo and Teleshovo were transferred from the Bolshe-Rogachevsky village / village to Kulpinsky.
February 1, 1963 Dmitrovsky district was abolished and Kulpinsky s / s entered the Dmitrovsky rural area . January 11, 1965 Kulpinsky s / s was transferred to the restored Dmitrovsky district.
On October 30, 1986, the village of Romantsevo was abolished in the Kulpinsky s / s.
February 3, 1994 Kulpinsky s / s was transformed into Kulpinsky rural district [4] .
During the municipal reform of 2004-2005, the Kulpinsky rural district ceased to exist as a municipal unit. Moreover, all its settlements were transferred to the rural settlement of Sinkovskoye [5] .
November 29, 2006 Kulpinsky rural district was excluded from the accounting data of the administrative-territorial and territorial units of the Moscow region [6] .
