Formation
The Air Forces of the 10th Army were formed on January 25, 1942 according to the Directive of the Headquarters of the Supreme High Command [1] on the basis of the 28th mixed aviation division .
Reformation
The Air Force of the 10th Army on May 12, 1942, on the basis of the Order of the NPO of the USSR [2], was assigned to form the 215th mixed aviation division .
