Mikhail Yevgenyevich Zhuravsky ( 1871 - after 1917) - Starokonstantinovsky district leader of the nobility in 1901-1914, a member of the I State Duma from the Volyn province .

Biography
Orthodox. Of the nobles. The landowner of Starokonstantinovsky district (for 1913 - 512 acres in the village of Chernelevka ).
He graduated from the Nikolaev Engineering School , from where he was released as an officer in 1890. He served in the field engineering troops. In 1894 he went to the reserve in the rank of lieutenant and devoted himself to agriculture. In his estate he organized a well-established school and was its trustee. In 1901 he was appointed Starokonstantinovsky district leader of the nobility . In addition, he was an honorary magistrate of the Starokonstantinovsky district and chairman of the local agricultural society.
In 1906 he was elected a member of the First State Duma of the total composition of the electors of the Volynsk provincial electoral assembly. He was in the non-partisan group. Consisted as a member of the Agrarian Commission.
In 1911, with the introduction of an elected zemstvo in the Western Territory , he was elected Starokonstantinovsky district leader of the nobility, as well as chairman of the county district council and held both positions for one three-year period. In 1915 - Izyaslavl district leader of the nobility, but as early as next year, N. N. Shabelskyi gave up this post. He served to the rank of collegiate adviser . Of the awards had orders of St. Anna of the 3rd degree (1903), of sv. Stanislav 2 nd degree (1908) and of sv. Vladimir 4th degree (1911), as well as a medal in memory of the 300th anniversary of the reign of the House of Romanov .
The fate after 1917 is unknown. Was married.
