History

The status and boundaries of the rural settlement were established by the Law of the Saratov region of December 27, 2004 No. 103-ZSO "On municipalities belonging to the Balakovo municipal district". [2]

By the Law of the Saratov Region of April 28, 2015 No. 41-ZSO [3] , Bykovo- Otrogskoe , Yelanskoe , Komsomolskoye, Kormizhskoye , Krasnoyarskoye , Mayangskoye , Naumovskoye , Novoeluzanskoe , Novopolyovodinskoye , Pylykovskoe and Sukho-Otrogskoe municipal formations were transformed, by unification, into formed " Bykovo-Otrogsky municipal formation of Balakovo municipal district of the Saratov region" with the administrative center in the village of Bykov Otrog .
