Andrei Alekseevich Protsenko ( Ukrainian: Andrii Oleksiyovich Protsenko ; born , ) is a Ukrainian athlete who specializes in high jump . The silver medalist of the 2013 Summer Universiade , the bronze medalist of the 2014 World Indoor Championships and the silver medalist of the 2014 European Championships . Pupil of the Kherson school of physical education [1] .
