Catch me: live world tour

The Catch Me: Live World Tour (also the Catch Me World Tour ) is the fourth world tour of the South Korean pop duo TVXQ in support of their sixth studio album, Catch Me . The world tour began with two shows in Seoul in November 2012. The tour visited seven theaters, arenas and stadiums from late 2012 to mid 2013.

Preparation

The Catch Me tour marked the band’s first tour, starting with their latest Mirotic pan-Asian tour in February 2009. [3] the first TVXQ gigs after a lawsuit between members of Jaejoong, Yoochun and Junsu with SM Entertainment, and the first exclusive gig in four years in Korea. The concert took place for more than two days, starting on November 17. [4]

20,000 tickets to Seoul concerts were sold out within two minutes of being sold at 8:00 pm on October 18. [5] [6] The Beijing concert was held in front of an audience of 15,000 people. On February 19, 2013, JPM Music announced on its website and Facebook page that on May 18, 2013, TVXQ will be hosting a concert at Stadium Malawati, Shah Alam in Malaysia. It was the first k-pop concert held by JPM Music. [7] It was the first TVXQ concert in Malaysia as a duet and the first concert in 6 years. [8]

Broadcasts and Records

The first two performances of the tour at the Olympic Gymnastics Arena in Seoul (South Korea) were recorded and released in DVD and CD versions. The live album was released on May 22, 2014, including two previously unreleased studio tracks: the Korean version of the 2011 Japanese digital single “BUT (Be-Au-Ty)” and the Korean remake of their 30th Japanese single “Toki o Tomete”, which was released in 2010. The album finished third in the Gaon Albums Chart and sold 19.979 copies by the end of the month. [9] On August 14, a DVD version of the tour was released.
