Feeeder

Feeder is a Welsh rock band formed in Newport in 1994. On their account 10 albums, 12 collections, four EP and 40 singles. Together, they held the charts for more than 182 weeks. At the peak of their commercial success, Feeder found themselves at the end of 2006 and received the title of one of the most successful performers in the UK, both in single and album charts. In addition, Feeder won two Kerrang Festival awards! in 2001 and 2003. They were included in the Kerrang Hall of Fame! Radio on August 9, 2019 for "Outstanding Contribution to the Development of Rock Music." The band was formed in 1994, although there is an earlier lineup called "Reel" was formed in 1992 by vocalist and guitarist Grant Nicholas, drummer John Lee and bassist Simon Blythe, three of the four members of Raindancer, after the departure of fourth band member John Canham. Blythe soon left Reel, and the band played with many session bassists before hiring Taka Hirose in 1994 and reasserting himself as Feeder. In the same year, the band signed with The Echo Label .
