Club career
Antonio began his career at the Lokomotiv club (Mezdra). In 2009, he joined the youth team of the Levski team, where the young player played until 2012. In 2012, he was transferred to the first team. His debut in the top Bulgarian division took place on April 8, 2012 in a match against the Sofia Lokomotiv [2] . At that time he was 15 years old and 307 days, which made Antonio the youngest player to ever play for Levski [3] . In total, in his debut season, the young player held five meetings. On November 28, 2012, Antonio scored his first goal in the Major Leagues [4] . In all, he spent twenty-eight matches and scored three goals for Levski. In 2014, Antonio became the footballer of the Italian Udinese .
Team Career
Antonio represents Bulgaria at a youthful level. He took part in the 2014 European Youth Championship .
