History
1992 - Establishment of the Kyrgyz Commercial Bank for Entrepreneurship Promotion “Kyrgyzzelbusinessbank”.
1993 - the bank was renamed the Kyrgyz Commercial Bank for the Development and Reconstruction of Energy of the Kyrgyzenergobank Bank, the main goal of the activity is to support the enterprises of the republic’s fuel and energy complex.
2000 - Kyrgyzenergobank started servicing plastic cards. A cash withdrawal terminal was launched using plastic cards of international payment systems
2001 - JSB “Kyrgyzenergobank” was renamed OJSC “Energobank”.
2006 - the bank underwent state re-registration in connection with the change of name to ATFBank - Kyrgyzstan OJSC.
2008 - ATFBank - Kyrgyzstan OJSC acquired the status of a member of the UniCredit Group .
2010 - ATFBank-Kyrgyzstan, a full member of one of the leading financial groups in Europe - UniCredit Group, reflected this in the name of the bank, changing it to OJSC UniCredit Bank.
2013 - the bank continued its work under the new progressive brand Optima Bank [1] .

- Optima Bank is the first financial institution in Kyrgyzstan to issue a Visa Infinite card [2] at the end of 2014. as part of the development of Private Banking services in accordance with international standards.
