Club career

Marin is a graduate of the Guadalajara club from his hometown. On April 28, 2014, in his match against Monterrey , he made his debut in the Mexican Example [2] . In 2015, Edgardo won the Mexico Cup . On October 24, 2016, in a duel against Pachuca , he scored his first goal for Guadalajara [3] . In 2017, Marine helped the club win the championship . In 2018, he won the CONCACAF Champions League .

International Career

In 2013, Edgardo became the champion of CONCACAF among youth teams as part of the youth national team of Mexico . At the tournament, he played in matches against the youth teams of Jamaica [4] , USA [5] and twice El Salvador [6] [7] . In the summer of that year, Marin went with the youth team to the World Cup in Turkey . In the tournament, he played in matches against the teams of Greece [8] , Paraguay [9] , Mali [10] and Spain [11] . In 2013 and 2014, Edgardo participated in the Tournament in Toulon .

In 2015, Marine as part of the Mexican Olympic team won the silver medals of the Pan American Games in Canada . In the tournament, he played in matches against the teams of Paraguay [12] , Trinidad and Tobago [13] , Panama [14] and twice Uruguay [15] [16] .

On October 9, 2016, in a friendly match against the New Zealand national team, Marine made his debut for the Mexican national team [17] .

In 2017, Marine became the bronze medalist of the CONCACAF Gold Cup . In the tournament, he played in matches against El Salvador [18] and Jamaica [19] . In a duel against the Salvadorans, Edgardo scored his first goal for the national team.
