A.P. Aleksandrov Gold Medal - a medal awarded since 2003 by the Russian Academy of Sciences for outstanding scientific works, discoveries and inventions, and a series of scientific works in the field of atomic science and technology.
The medal is named after the Soviet physicist, President of the USSR Academy of Sciences (1975–86) A.P. Aleksandrov .

- 2003 - Nikolai Sidorovich Khlopkin - for the totality of work that is important in the creation and improvement of the nuclear installations of the naval and civil fleets of the country.
- 2008 - Ashot Arakelovich Sarkisov - for a series of works in the field of atomic science and technology.
- 2013 - Igor Dmitrievich Spassky - for his fundamental contribution to the development of the Russian nuclear fleet.
- 2018 - Nikolai Nikolaevich Ponomarev-Stepnoy - for outstanding works that have made a great contribution to research and development in the field of two-component nuclear energy and atomic-hydrogen energy, and many years of fruitful activity.
