In 1921, Stanczyk joined the Kaiserwald (Keysarmes) team, with whom he won the first official Latvian championship in 1922 and won the second title the following year. At the end of the 1925 season, Kaiserwald was disbanded and Stanczyk moved to Riga's RFK, with which he won the 1926 Latvian Championship and became the two-time winner of the Riga Cup. From 1928 to 1932, the footballer played for Vanderer, in one of the seasons he missed the chance to win another league title, as Vanderer lost in the gold match to ASK club.
