Biography

Since 1983 he studied at the Volgograd Medical Institute , since 1987 - at the military medical faculty at the Saratov Medical Institute , which he graduated in 1989 [1] [2] .

He served in the Transcaucasian Military District [1] as the head of the medical service - the head of the medical center of a separate artillery and machine gun division of the 7th Guards Army, and since 1991 - the 120th Tank Regiment ( Leninakan ). In 1990, he graduated with honors from the 69th internship of medical staff with a degree in "Surgery" in the Transcaucasian Military District.

Since 1993 - commander of the reception and sorting platoon of the 347th separate medical battalion of the 20th Guards Motor Rifle Division ( 8th Guards Army Corps , North Caucasian Military District ); during the first Chechen campaign he was shell-shocked [1] [2] . Since 1995 - the commander of a medical company - a leading surgeon of the 99th separate medical battalion of the 201st motorized rifle division ( Volga-Ural Military District ) [1] [2] .

Since 1999 - in the North Caucasus Military District: Head of the Medical Service of the 255th Guards Motorized Rifle Regiment of the 20th Motorized Rifle Division; As part of the battalion tactical group was sent to Botlikh ( Dagestan ). Since 2000 - commander of the 106th separate medical battalion of the 42nd Guards Motor Rifle Division (n. Khankala , R. Chechnya) 58th combined arms army of the North Caucasian Military District, in 2001-2002 - head of the 22nd military hospital (n. Khankala, R. Chechnya) 58th combined-arms army of the North Caucasian Military District [1] .

In 2004 he graduated with honors from the faculty of senior medical staff of the Military Medical Academy. S. M. Kirova , after which he served as the head of the special-purpose medical detachment of the North Caucasus Military District.

In 2010, he was deputy head of the medical service of the Volga-Urals Military District, and since October 2010, he was the head of the medical service of the Central Military District [1] . In the period from November 2011 to April 2012, he temporarily served as head of the Main Military Medical Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation [2] .

Father - Anatoly Stepanovich Kalmykov (b. 1938), senior engineer of the city broadcasting center.

Mother - Lidia Pavlovna Kalmykova (b. 1936), headed the department of foreign languages ​​of the Kachinsky Higher Military School of Fighter Aviation Pilots named after Myasnikov.
