Club career
Yevgeny Chumak was born in Glukhovtsy, Vinnitsa region . At the age of 6, his father took Evgeny to Kiev , where he started playing football at the Dynamo Junior School of Sports under the direction of Alexander Shpakov . After several years of playing in the attack, the coaches decided to transfer Chumak to the flank midfielder position, and at the age of 14 sent him closer to the center of the field. A few years before graduation from the academy, Evgeny moved to the ranks of the Moscow RVUFK, where he trained under the guidance of Alexander Kalina and Dmitry Semchuk [2] .
In 2012, Chumak returned to the Dynamo Kyiv system, becoming one of the key players of the youth team of Valentin Belkevich , who won the gold awards of the Ukrainian championship among players under 19 years old . In the same year, Eugene began to attract and to the matches of the youth team "Dynamo". Over the next season, he became one of the key players in the Dynamo double [2] .
On February 26, 2015, he made his debut in the first Dynamo team, appearing on the pitch in the Europa League match against the French Gengam [3] . In the European Cup season 2014/15 also entered the field in the matches of the 1/8 finals with Everton (1: 2) [4] and the 1/4 finals with Fiorentina (1: 1) [5] . In the Premier League, he made his debut on March 1 of the same year in a match against Metalist from Kharkiv, replacing 84-minute instead of Younes Belanda . In that match, the white-blue won 3-0, and the player scored his first goal for the team.
At the beginning of the 2015/16 season, I moved to Uzhgorod “ Goverlu ” on lease terms. In March 2016, he was declared for Dynamo-2 , but subsequently was leased by the club Torpedo-BelAZ , which included winning the Belorussian Cup [6] . The debut goal was scored on April 16, 2016, having implemented a penalty in a match against Naftan [7] . In the summer of 2016, he moved to Zvezda from Kropivnitsky [8] , but after the 6th round of the 2016/17 season, he left the club. Subsequently, he played for Lviv " Karpaty " and Mogilev " Dnepr ". In March 2018, he signed a contract with Desnoy Chernihiv [9] . In March 2019, together with compatriots Denis Skepsky , Alex Maidanevich and Alexander Batalsky, signed a contract with the Georgian first-person club Shevardeni-1906 (Tbilisi) [10] .
Career in the national team
Yevgeny played for the youth teams of his country and took part in the Youth European Championship 2014 , which was held in Hungary . The Ukrainian team was not able to leave the group, losing only to the future winners of the competition - the Germans , and Chumak himself appeared on the field in all three matches of the national team. From 2014 he was a player of the youth national team of Ukraine . In 2015, he played in 4 matches at the World Youth Championships in New Zealand .
