Calendar and Results
In April, a training session was planned at the Moscow Raceway , but due to difficult weather conditions, the tests did not take place. In January, the preliminary schedule of the season was published on the official website of the series, where it was assumed that one of the stages would take place on the Red Ring highway near Krasnoyarsk on June 29, but this race was not included in the final version of the calendar.
The stage in Smolensk was held in conjunction with the European Truck Racing Championship , Lada Grant Cup and Legends racing class. The last stage was held in conjunction with the famous German DTM series and the Lada Grant Cup .

Season Summary
The riders in the first four stages received half points, since the number of participants in the stage was small. Then this rule was canceled. When calculating the final points, the results of the two worst races were not taken into account.

Season Progress
At the first stage, 10 racers were announced, but Edward Frolenkov could not take part in the races, although he rode along the track in training on Saturday. Konstantin Tereshchenko , the reigning champion of the series, confidently spent both races and won in them, Mikhail Loboda finished both times after him, and Denis Korneev in the first race and Stanislav Burmistrov in the second.
The uniform qualification for both races of the second stage was won by Stanislav Burmistrov. The first race lasted 11 laps. Irek Minnakhmetov had a good start and took the lead from third place on the grid. For some time he managed to defend himself against Mikhail Loboda’s attacks, but then Loboda nevertheless passed the rider from Tatarstan and reached the finish line in first place. The holder of the pole, Stanislav Burmistrov, finished the race only third. He tried to overtake Minnakhmetov, but damaged the front wing and lost speed because of this. Next came a dense group of pursuers consisting of Igor Mukhin, Evgeny Smelov and Yuri Loboda . The second race of the stage was held in difficult weather conditions - in the rain, a serious wind and a rather cool temperature. The start, as yesterday, was won by Irek Minnakhmetov , again breaking the lead after the first turn. But on the third lap, Irek could not keep the car on the wet track and turned around. The driver quickly orientated, started a stalled car and continued the race, letting forward only Stanislav Burmistrov and Mikhail Loboda . However, Stanislav soon encountered technical problems and was forced to complete the race ahead of schedule.
The start of the first race of the third stage was again won by Irek Minnakhmetov , who won the lead from fifth place, however, this time it did not do without a false start, so the judges appointed Irek a fine in the form of a pit lane ride with a mandatory stop. But the driver did not serve his sentence, for which he was disqualified after the race. It is worth noting that this time the organizers, at the request of the riders, decided to slightly change the rules for this stage. In May, both Kazan races lasted 11 laps, but the third stage races were decided to be held for 20 minutes plus one lap (that is, after 20 minutes the judge announces that the next lap will be the finish one). But there was a technical overlay. First, the judges began the countdown of eleven laps, as last time. Only on the fourth lap was the error corrected, and the lap count was replaced by a countdown. But the judges, entangled in this situation, made a mistake and showed the checkered flag not exactly after 20 minutes and one lap, but after another extra lap. At the end of this circle, the leader - Stanislav Burmistrov - ran out of fuel, and he finished on the run, skipping ahead of Edward Frolenkov. After the race, the judges examined the situation and found that a document on changing the race to 20 minutes had not yet been signed, so they decided to finally fix the finish after 11 laps. But by Sunday's race, all the formalities were followed, and this race lasted 20 minutes. At the start, there was a collision of Igor Mukhin and Edward Frolenkov, so the race was stopped until the wrecked cars were evacuated. The restart also did not go without incident - Irek Minnakhmetov forged Alexey Ryazanov from behind, as a result of which he flew into a gravel trap, and Ryazanov's car unfolded, but he was able to continue the race. The race was led by Stanislav Burmistrov, but the judges saw a violation of the rules in his actions and punished him. As a result, Stanislav finished only third, and the Loboda brothers, Mikhail ahead of Yuri, crossed the finish line first. And the mechanics could fix the car of Edward Frolenkov and let the rider out onto the track with a lag of two circles, and it was Edward who was able to show the fastest lap in the second race.
The fourth stage was held on the Smolensk ring road together with the European Truck Racing Championship , Lada Grant Cup and Legends racing class. Qualification was won by Stanislav Burmistrov. Dmitry Shakhin, a debutant of the racing series, during the qualification could not keep his car on the track, which led to the stop of the qualification session with red flags. But at this time, Evgeni Smelov overtook, which is prohibited in the red flag mode, and his results were canceled. Shakhin himself qualified as the seventh, but he was not able to take part in the race, reportedly, due to urgent matters. At the start of the first race both brothers Loboda died out: Mikhail started the car and continued the race, and Yuri had a break in the gear shift cable, so he could not start at all. Due to Yuri Loboda , who stopped at the main direct car, during the first three laps the rest of the riders went behind the safety car. Both races were won by Stanislav Burmistrov, showing at the same time the best lap.
Starting from the fifth stage, separate qualifications for each race of the stage began to be held, and they also stopped accruing half points when a small number of riders took part in the stage. The race was held on the short configuration of the Moscow Raceway , the same configuration was used by the DTM racers, who spoke here in parallel with the Formula Russia racers. Stanislav Burmistrov and Konstantin Tereshchenko fought for victory in both races, as a result, each of them this weekend was on the highest step of the podium. At the same time, Tereshchenko in both races started from the pole and showed the best lap.
The final stage of the season was the most massive for Formula Russia: 11 riders took part. Of greatest interest were Roman Mavlanov, speakers in Europe and Mikhail Maleev, as well as Stanislav Safonov, who previously spoke in a truck autocross at ZIL-130 (do not confuse with Stanislav Safronov, who spoke in Formula Russia in 2014 ). In qualifying for the first race, Yuri Loboda won his first pole position in the formula career, and Roman Mavlanov showed the second time , and only the third was one of the contenders for the championship - Mikhail Loboda . The leader of the championship (with an advantage of 5.5 points) - Stanislav Burmistrov - qualified fifth. In the first race, Roman Mavlanov already at the start he took the lead, ahead of Yuri Loboda . Then Loboda skipped forward both leaders of the championship - both his brother Mikhail and Stanislav Burmistrov. Burmistrov eventually got the upper hand in this fight - he finished second. Yuri Loboda until the end of the race held in fourth position. Closed the top five debutant Igor Yavorovsky, who went to the race seventh. On Sunday, the race and qualification were held in dry weather, unlike Saturday. This time Stanislav Burmistrov won the qualification, and Roman Mavlanov again showed a second time. Igor Mukhin showed a decent third time and only fourth qualified Mikhail Loboda. And again, the start was won by Mavlanov, Burmistrov took a position behind the net, and Igor Yavorovsky, who again succeeded in starting, finished the first round in third position. But behind the contact occurred between Igor Mukhin and Yuri Loboda , as a result of which Yuri damaged the wing. Stanislav Burmistrov tried to overtake Roman Mavlanov, but to no avail. Roman won the second victory in a row, and Stanislav finished right after him, earning the title of Formula Russia 2013 Champion.
