Frantisek Preisler Jr. ( Czech. František Preisler ml .; October 23, 1973 , Olomouc - July 30, 2007 , Elba Island) - Czech conductor and singer.

He graduated from the Janacek Academy of Music in Brno . Since 1990, he was a tutor, since 1991, the conductor of the Brno Opera . In 1993, he became one of the laureates of the Franz Legra International Operetta Competition in Komarno (Slovakia) . In 1994, he conducted the Czech premiere of the rock opera Jesus Christ Superstar . In 1995-2003 worked at the National Theater in Prague, at the same time in 1998-1999. headed the Pilsen Philharmonic Orchestra . In 2002-2005 chief conductor of the Moravian Philharmonic Orchestra . He also worked with Czech pop singers - in particular, he conducted the chamber orchestra, which accompanied Karela Gotta .

He died on vacation, not having survived the epileptic seizure that occurred while swimming in the sea.
