History
In Soviet times (until 1926 [8] ) the Batalnensky Village Council was formed.
The status and boundaries of the Batalnensky rural settlement are established by the Law of the Republic of Crimea dated June 5, 2014 No. 15-ZRK “On Establishing the Borders of Municipalities and the Status of Municipalities in the Republic of Crimea” [9] .
