Sergei Antonovich Antonchik (born April 1, 1956, the village of Pleshchenitsy, Logoisk District, Minsk Region, BSSR) is a Soviet and Belarusian political, public and trade union leader, formerly a deputy of the Supreme Council of Belarus.

He worked as a galvanist, apparatchik of the Minsk Production Association named after Lenin (now Belwar). He was one of the organizers and leaders of the anti-communist labor movement of Belarus, which arose in 1989, an active participant in the famous workers' strike in April 1991. Member of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Belarus (1990-1995), member of the Belarusian Popular Front opposition.
He was part of the anti-corruption parliamentary commission, headed by Alexander Lukashenko . After the election of Lukashenko as president, he addressed a session of the Supreme Council on December 20, 1994 with a report on corruption in the president’s environment [4] . The newspapers that decided to print this report ended up with "white spots". As a result of the report, Ivan Titenkov , the President’s affairs manager, filed a lawsuit to protect honor and dignity, which Antonchik lost, and his property was partially confiscated.
In April 1995, he was beaten along with other deputies of the Belarusian Popular Front opposition during a hunger strike in the parliament hall [5] . In August of the same 1995, during a strike of workers of the Minsk Metro, despite parliamentary immunity, he was detained and spent more than a day on the territory of a special part of the internal troops. In 2001, he was nominated as a presidential candidate [6] , however, on July 19, he withdrew in favor of Mikhail Marynich [7] . Later he was involved in the creation of independent trade unions. In the fall of 2004, he was sentenced to 15 days of arrest, convicted of holding an “unauthorized meeting” in his own apartment.
