NAN-190 is a medicine and research substance widely used in scientific research. NAN-190 was previously thought to be a selective antagonist of 5-HT 1A receptors , but later it was shown that NAN-190 also strongly blocks α 2 -adrenoreceptors [1] This raises questions about the correctness of the results of studies using NAN-190 as a specific serotonin receptor antagonist.
