History
Under the Western Han Empire, the districts Liyang (黎阳 县) and Dunqiu (顿丘 县) were founded on these lands. During the time of the Wang Man dictatorship , Liyang County was renamed Lizheng (黎 蒸 а), and Dunqiu was renamed Shunqiu (顺 丘 县), but under the Eastern Han Empire, they were returned to their previous names. Under the North Wei Empire in 528, Dongli County (东 县 县) was isolated from Liyang County, but it was disbanded under the North Qi Empire. Under the East Wei Empire, Dunqui County was disbanded. Under the Sui Empire, in 586, Linhe County (临河 县) was established on the site of the former Dongli County.
Under the Song Empire in 988, the authorities of the Tunli Military District (通 利 军) were located in Liyang County. In 1023, the Tunlian Military District was renamed the Anl Military District (安利军). In 1026, Weixian County (卫 县) also became subordinate to the Anli Military District. In 1070, the Anli Military District was abolished, and in 1073, Weixian County was annexed to Liyang County. The Tunli Military District was re-created in 1086, and Weixian County was again separated from Liyang County. In 1115, the military district was elevated, and became the province of Xunzhou (浚 州). In 1148, the Xunzhou region was renamed Tongzhou (通州), but in 1151 it was returned to its former name. In 1189, Linhe County was disbanded. After the Mongol conquest, the districts of Liyang and Weixian were disbanded, and their territories passed under the direct control of the authorities of the Xunzhou region. Under the Ming Empire, in 1370 the region was demoted to a county - this is how Xunxian County appeared.
After the victory in the Civil War , the Pingyuan Province was created in August 1949 by the Communists, and the county became part of the Special Area of Anyang (安阳 专区) of Pingyuan Province , which was simultaneously created. On November 30, 1952, Pingyuan Province was disbanded, and the Anyang Special Region became part of the Henan Province. In 1958, Anyang Special District was annexed to Xinxiang Special Region (新乡 专区), but was recreated in 1961. In 1968, Anyang Special District was renamed Anyang District (安阳 地区). In 1983, Anyang County and the city of Anyang were disbanded and the Anyang City District was created. In 1986, Hebi City District was allocated from Anyang City District, and the county became part of it.
Administrative Division
The county is divided into 4 street committees , 5 villages and 2 volosts .
Notes
- ↑ In accordance with the rules of the Russian name of Chinese toponyms, if the Chinese name consists of one syllable, then the Chinese word is added to it, indicating the type of toponym ("county", "mountain", "river", etc.) so that the Russian name was at least two-fold.
