Education
A school No. 8, a boarding school No. 1 for orphans, a neuropsychiatric boarding school, and kindergartens were built on the council’s territory.
Administration
The Lighthouse Village Council carried out its activities at sessions and meetings of the standing deputy commissions. The work of the Council was organized by the chairman.
The village council Mayachny had an independent budget.
In connection with the termination of the powers of the executive committee, the Administration of the Mayak Council was formed on 01.06.1994, which became the assignee of the executive committee. In 2005, the Mayachinsky Council of the city of Kumertau was liquidated, an entry was made in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.
The practical implementation of the policy from the village council on the territory of the above settlements was provided by the head of the administration.
