N. Bavykin. "Service Consecrated." 2nd tenor part
Accurate biographical data on the dates of life, place of residence and the main stages of Bavykin's work are missing.
The only known work of Bavykin is the 12-voice “Service Consecrated”, consisting of 2 chants: “Now the power of heaven” and “Taste and see” (involved). "Service" is recorded in 2 manuscripts, which are, apparently, lists from an older original [2] :
- GIM. Syn. chorister No. 90 (1774)
- GIM. Diocese. chorister No. 1 (the earliest date recorded in the manuscript is 1784)
Modern editions:
- Now the powers of heaven. 12-voice choir [unaccompanied]. - Sofia, - 1971.

Notes
- ↑ Bovykin is indicated in the manuscripts, later due to a stable typo it appears as Bavykin ( Plotnikova N.Yu. 18th century composer Nikolay Bovykin - P. 183)
- ↑ according to another version, the manuscripts of 1774-1784 were contemporary to the composer ( Plotnikova N.Yu. Composer of the 18th century Nikolai Bovykin - P. 185)
