World Champion 2002, bronze medalist of the World Cup 2003 and silver medalist of the European Championship 2004 (all in floor exercises).
Then, at the 2002 World Cup on the carpet, she was the only one to perform a rotation of 720 degrees (a rotation of 4 turns around the vertical axis, known as “Gomez”). And then she also became the first Spanish gymnast in history - the world champion [1] .
Represented Spain at the 2004 Olympics in Athens, taking 8th place in the absolute championship [2] .
In 2006, at age 20, she announced that she was leaving the sport [3] .
