Daniela Karaters ( Carraters , Carrasers , English Danielle Carruthers ; born December 10, 1979 , Paducah , Kentucky , USA ) is an American athlete. Specializes in hurdling 100 meters.

After graduating from college, Daniela Karaters successfully participated in competitions in the Indiana University team . Gail Devers became her mentor. In 2001, the Karaters finished eighth at the Summer Universiade . In 2005 and 2006, she won first place at an annual college championship in America at a distance of 60 meters with indoor barriers. In 2006, she was fourth at the World Indoor Championships and seventh at the 2006 World Athletics Finals .
At the 2011 World Athletics Championships, Karaters finished second for Sali Pearson , setting a personal record of 12.47 seconds. and overtaking compatriot Down Harper . In September 2011, Daniela won the Diamond League .
