Geography
The village is located in the northeast of the Moscow region, belonging to the East European Plain , at an altitude of 155 m above sea level [3] , in a zone of temperate continental climate with relatively cold winters and moderately warm, and sometimes hot, summers. Moscow time operates in the village.
The nearest village is the village of Almazovo . The village is 13 km drive from the district center and 3.5 km drive from the village center .
There are 2 streets in the village: Slobodka and Solnechnaya , 4 gardening associations (SNT) are also assigned to it [4] .

History
In 1725, the village of Stallions belonged to the Moscow Zlatoust monastery , and in 1767 passed into the jurisdiction of the Economic Department.
In the middle of the XIX century, the village belonged to the 2nd camp of the Bogorodsky district of the Moscow province and belonged to the Ministry of State Property . In the village there were 30 households, 138 male souls and 169 female souls [5] .
In the βList of Populated Placesβ of 1862, there is a government village of the 2nd camp of the Bogorodsky district of the Moscow province on the right side of the Stromynsky tract (from Moscow to Kirzhach ), 25 versts from the county town and 6 versts from the stavoy apartment, at the well, with 35 yards , 360 residents (160 men, 200 women) and 2 factories [6] .
According to 1869, the village of Oseyevsky volost of the 3rd camp of Bogorodsky district with 68 courtyards, 76 a wooden house and 357 inhabitants (169 men, 188 women), of which 15 are literate men. A reserve bakery, a shop, a drinking house and a brick house worked in the village. The amount of land was 371 tithing, including 78 tithing arable. There were 32 horses, 37 units of cattle and 9 units of small livestock [7] .
In 1886 - 60 yards, 349 residents, 3 shops and a silk factory [13] .
In 1913, there were 76 courtyards, the factory of P. I. Linkov and the state-owned wine shop [14] .
According to the materials of the 1926 All-Union Census, the center of the Zherebtsovsky village council of the Shchelkovo volost of the Moscow district , 2.5 km from the Stromynskoye highway and 8 km from the Shchelkovo station of the Northern Railway, lived 396 inhabitants (175 men, 221 women), there were 84 households (81 peasant ), there was a school of the 1st level [10] .
After being included in the Shchelkovsky district in 1929, the village was called Big Stallions to distinguish it from other Stallions .
Transport and Communications
You can drive to the village from Moscow along the A103 Shchelkovsky highway , with a turn (12 km) to the right, after 3 km the village begins.
