The commune is located approximately 660 km south of Paris , 115 km southwest of Toulouse , 15 km southeast of Tarbes [1] .
In the west of the commune flows the river .

The climate is temperate - oceanic [2] with sunny warm weather and heavy rainfall throughout almost the whole year.
