Elanetsky district ( Ukrainian: Єlanetsky district ) is an administrative unit in the north of the Nikolaev region of Ukraine . The administrative center is the urban-type settlement Elanets .

In the district, deposits of granite , cryoline clay , and sandstone have been identified.
