Tsvetnoy passage - a street in the Upper zone of the Novosibirsk Academgorodok (Sovetsky district). It starts from Ilyich Street , first runs perpendicular to this street (~ 93 m), then turns at a right angle and is parallel to it (~ 687 m). Ends adjacent to Spring Drive . The even side of the passage is formed by administrative buildings, the odd side is formed by residential four-story Khrushchev type I-464 ^[1] .

Monuments

In a small square near the Academy of Culture House (between Tsvetnoy Passage and Ilyich Street) there is a monument “Victory Waltz”.

Notable Buildings

Akademgorodok Shopping Center is a public-trade complex built in 1964. Located between the Academy of Culture House and the Golden Valley Hotel. There is a fountain in the semi-open courtyard of the building along Ilyich Street ^[2] .

Golden Valley is an eight-story hotel, built in 1966. It is surrounded on three sides by Ilyich Street, Tsvetnoy and Spring Passages. The main facade faces the Spring Passage. A two-story administrative building is attached to the rear facade of the hotel ^[3] .

Academy is a house of culture. The building has a cinema of the same name and a number of other organizations.

All of the above facilities are located between Ilyich Street and Tsvetnoy Passage and overlook the red line of travel with the back side (Golden Valley Hotel is turned to Tsvetnoy Passage with a side facade).

At the house at 25 Tsvetnoy proezd, there is a memorial plaque to N. D. Spirina , who lived in this house.
