Biography
Born in 1913 in the town of Medvin (now a village, Boguslavsky district , Kiev region , Ukraine ).
He graduated from the Kirovograd College in the Odessa region (1932). By distribution, he worked at UZTM (Uralmash): master repairman, senior master, since 1939 the chief mechanic, in 1943-1945 the chief engineer.
From June 1945 to June 1948 - Director of the Kirov Plant in Leningrad. He organized the production of diffusion equipment for the separation of uranium isotopes.
From June 1948 - Director of Plant No. 813. In October 1949, he was relieved of his post as unable to cope.
Since 1951 - the chief technologist of the Izhora plant ( Leningrad ).
