Zhestylevsky village council was formed in the first years of Soviet power. According to 1918, he was part of the Dmitrov volost of the Dmitrov district of Moscow province.
In 1923, the Torgylevsky s / s was attached to the Zhestylevsky s / s [1] .
According to 1926, the village council included the village of Zhestylyovo , the village of Torgovtsevo and the mill [2] .
In 1929, the Zhestylevsky s / s was assigned to the Dmitrovsky district of the Moscow district of the Moscow region.
July 17, 1939 Zhestylevsky s / s was abolished. At the same time, its territory (the villages of Zhestylevo and Torgovtsevo) was transferred to Danilovsky s / s [3] .
