Juran, Sergey Nikolaevich

Juran was born in Lugansk, Ukrainian SSR . His father worked as a driver, his mother as a cook at school, his family lived poorly. The childhood of Sergei and his older brother Yuri passed with wooden toys. The most striking childhood impression of the future football player, according to him, was the black boots donated by parents, which Sergey had been waiting for two years. As a child, Sergei played football all day in the yard. Because of this, he even skipped classes. Sergey’s mother was very unhappy with this behavior of her son, but Juran continued to play, and after the sixth grade he was offered to go to the sports boarding school. When he said this news at home, his father took a neutral position, and his mother was categorically against it. As a result, the elder brother Yuri secretly took his brother's documents from school and took him to the sports boarding school. Parents had to come to terms with the decision of their son ^[5] . Later, Juran specified that if he had not become a football player, he would have worked, like his father, as a driver, since in childhood he knew only two things - play football and drive a car ^[6] .

Club career

Dawn

At the age of 16, Sergei Yuran was admitted to the Voroshilovgrad Zarya, who then played in the second league of the USSR championship. The coach of the Dawn Alexander Zhuravlev performed rejuvenation and renewal of the squad in order to play young football players who could soon return the Dawn to the first league. A number of young and promising players appeared in the team, among whom was Sergey Yuran ^[7] . On September 2, 1985, he made his debut for the club in a match with Uzhgorod Zakarpatye , substituting in the 80th minute instead of Igor Fokin . At that time, Juran was 16 years old 2 months and 22 days old, he is still the youngest player in the history of the club ^[8] . On August 29, 1986, Juran scored his first goal for the club, opening an account in a game with the Khmelnitsky Podolia (2-1 win) ^[9] , and after a round scored in the match with the Kerch Ocean , Zarya won with 4-1 ^[10] . In the same year, Zorya returned to the first league . The young strikers became interested in the breeders of the main team of Ukraine - Kiev Dynamo. After consulting with his first coach Vladislav Prodants , Juran decided not to rush into the transition and gain experience.

April 4, 1987 Juran made his debut in the first league: “Dawn” took away points from the Moscow “ Locomotive ”, tied 1: 1, and Juran spent on the field all 90 minutes ^[11] . On June 6, Sergey played the first cup match of his career against Ternopil Niva for Zarya. Despite Juran’s goal, the opponent won 3–2 ^[12] . After the end of the 1987 season, the Dynamo coaching staff repeatedly invited Sergei to watch, and Juran arrived at the location of the team. In addition to Dynamo, CSKA showed interest in Juran, however, representatives of the Moscow club did not have time to meet with Sergey - by the time they arrived, the player was already in Kiev ^[13] .

Dynamo Kiev

There were few chances to break into the basis of Dynamo, so I started playing in the Dynamo double since the end of 1987. From the very first games of the doubles championship in 1988, the striker made a loud announcement about himself - having spent 6 games on the field, he scored in each of them (only 7 goals). The player was given a chance to prove himself for the main squad - on April 1, 1988, he played against Dynamo Minsk in the game for the USSR Football Federation Cup, where the club’s half-duplicate team limped 0-2.

In the 7th game of the doubles championship, an episode occurred that almost put an end to Juran’s career - on April 21, 1988, at the 40th minute of the match with the “ Torpedo ” double, the Muscovite football player Sergei Shustikov crashed into the supporting leg in the tackle. In a collision with a rival player, Juran received an ankle fracture, after which, as the then doctors said, only one out of a thousand returns to football. Juran underwent two operations, an Ilizarov apparatus was installed, and Professor Levinets was engaged in the treatment. It took about a year to recover from the injury.

In autumn 1988, Juran again entered the field and in the doubles match against “Ararat” in Yerevan made a hat-trick, and the club won with a score of 4: 3. Soon, in a game situation in training, he ran into Andrei Bale , as a result of which a crack appeared on the bones of the same leg. However, Juran did not lose heart and, through constant stress on his injured leg, regained his health. In addition, with the help of a Dynamo Kiev doctor, Sergey made custom-made shields for himself at the Kiev Orthopedic Plant that fit his leg on all sides ^[4] .

At first it was not easy to get used to the Dynamo double, but Sergey managed to earn recognition in the team with his game and his character. The patronage of it took Andrei Bal , Vladimir Bessonov , Anatoly Demyanenko . Valery Lobanovsky once personally ordered Sergei to be sent to the military unit for violating the “regime”, where he had to spend 2 months: he cleaned potatoes in his outfit and played football with his colleagues ^[13] . With the help of Bessonov and Demyanenko, Juran returned to Dynamo, where he no longer violated the regime.

In Dynamo, Sergei Juran earned his nickname Barsik:

In 1989, he continued to play for the double, where he scored 5 goals (scored in August-October), played 1 game for the USSR Football Federation Cup (May 29 against Shakhtar), and in December he first entered the UEFA Cup match in his home game against the Italian Fiorentina.

Since 1990, Juran has been a Dynamo player, one of the club’s key strikers. In Dynamo, Sergey made good friends with Oleg Salenko , on the field the players also made up the tandem played, constantly supplementing each other. According to Juran, the most memorable matches for Dynamo were the games against Spartak ^[1] . On September 1, 1990, in a home match, Juran scored Dynamo ahead with a score of 1: 1, as a result, Kiev won 3: 1 ^[15] . In 1990, he, together with Dynamo, became the owner of the cup and the champion of the USSR ^[16] , thanks to a good game for the club, he also made his debut in the first team of the USSR .

The 1991 season for Dynamo opened with matches at the Cup Winners' Cup - at home Dynamo were defeated 2: 3 from Barcelona , but the return game was remembered for the vibrant game of Juran. First, he opened an account in the game, and soon he could double the advantage of Kiev: during the counterattack, a canopy followed, Juran ran into the penalty area and tried to throw Subisarreta with his head, but the ball only hit the crossbar. Dynamo could not score the second goal, moreover, in the last minute, Barcelona equalized the score ^[1] .

Soon, a talented 20-year-old striker began to become seriously interested in the transfer market. Juran even wrote a letter of application for employment at Spartak, but he was made clear in the party departments: if you leave, relatives who remained in Ukraine will not be knocked down ^[17] . The performance of Juran in the national team was also closely watched by foreign breeders from many clubs in Europe . In 1991, Sven-Joran Ericsson invited him to the Benfica in Lisbon , with which Juran signed his first professional contract, his compatriot, Vasily Kulkov , joined him in the new club ^[18] . Juran spent at the base of Dynamo a year and a half, but he himself highly praised the Dynamo stage of his career, calling coaches Valery Lobanovsky and Viktor Kolotov his main football teachers ^[19] .

Benfica

The very first match for Benfica on September 18, 1991 made Sergei the idol of Lisbon fans. Having scored four goals for the Maltese Hamrun Spartans (6-0) in the European Cup, the native of Lugansk received an unprecedented compliment from the club president: “I love two things - football and theater. So, today I’ll pay you five times more, because I’ve been to the theater, the theater of one actor ” ^[17] . At the group stage, Juran met with his former team, Dynamo. In Kiev, Kiev defeated Benfica with a minimum score, however, in Lisbon, “Eagles” took a solid revenge - 5: 0. Juran himself took a double in the last ten minutes of the match. However, after the game, he escorted former teammates to the airport. That season, Sergei, along with Jean-Pierre Papin , became the top scorer of the European Cup. The audience associated the manner of playing Juran with political events in the USSR: after the coup , when military equipment left on the streets of Moscow, he was given the nickname “Russian Tank” ^[4] .

The then coach of the Lisbon Sven-Joran Ericsson supported Sergey, but in 1992 the team was headed by Tomislav Ivich , with whom the Russian legionaries did not work out relations. Kulkov and Mostovoi openly criticized the coach, for which they were fined. Along with this, the team experienced delays in paying salaries. Soon, representatives of the English Newcastle appealed to Benfica, who were ready to buy out a football player. Juran agreed to the transition, but put forward the condition for Newcastle head coach Kevin Keegan - the annual salary should be at least $ 1 million. The British agreed only to $ 500 thousand, but Juran received the same salary in Portugal, where it was more liberal taxation. As a result, the transition to Newcastle did not take place ^[20] .

In 1993, Benfica won the country's cup, beating Boavista in the final with a score of 5: 2, and the next season became the champion of Portugal. After the championship season, the team received a new coach, Arthur Georges , who was opposed to the legionnaires, with the exception of the Brazilians, and relied on local players. Juran and his Benfica partner Vasily Kulkov had to prove every day that they, the legionnaires, were no weaker than the Portuguese footballers. As a result, Juran and Kulkov decided to join the ranks of Benfica’s principal rival, having agreed on a contract with Porto president Pinto Costa during the funeral of the dragon player Rui Felipe, who died in a car accident ^[21] . Porto coach Bobby Robson also wanted players to play for his club. During the time spent in Benfica, Juran, in addition to playing for himself, learned to interact closely with his partner, began to run less with the ball and play more pass ^[19] , in particular he played well with Paulo Futre ^[1] .

Porto

Sergey Juran played at Porto under the guidance of the famous Bobby Robson, whose translator was Jose Mourinho in those years. Robson demanded that the players, regardless of the result, work out on the field all 90 minutes, set them up for a power, flank game. The 1994/95 season spent in this club, Juran himself considers one of the brightest in his playing career. Porto became the champion of the country, and in a crucial match with Benfica, Juran managed to score a goal against his former team ^[17] . Despite this, no one whistled at him; on the contrary, they applauded. The teams drew 1: 1 ^[1] .

During his stay in Porto, Sergey became a member of an accident, his Mercedes 600 collided with a Honda Civic . The driver of Honda , a relative of the Prosecutor General of Portugal, being very intoxicated, grossly violated traffic rules. After the accident, the culprit of the accident complained of chest pain - they called an ambulance, and he died on the way to the hospital. The footballer was found not guilty, but the investigation was accompanied by a big scandal raised by the press ^[21] . However, after five years, the case was reviewed, the court sentenced Juran to probation in the form of one year in prison, and also ordered him to pay compensation of 3 million escudos ($ 15,000) to the family of the deceased ^[22] . At the end of the season, Juran accepted Oleg Romantsev’s offer to help Spartak in the Champions League and left Portugal.

Spartak Moscow

“ Spartak ” with Juran in the autumn of 1995 issued a series of six straight victories in the group stage in the Champions League . In the first two matches against Blackburn Rovers and Legia , Juran scored a goal. For the match against Rosenborg , the coach put up a poorly played pair of Juran and Kechinov ^[4] , as a result, Spartak lost 0-2 after the first half. Nevertheless, the players managed to find a common language: Juran gave several assists, and Kechinov scored twice, as a result, Spartak recouped and defeated the opponent with a score of 4: 2. Also Sergey Juran made his debut in the championship of Russia . However, at the end of the season, the “returnees” of “Spartak”, among whom were also Kulkov and Cherchesov , had disagreements with the club management, and Juran decided to leave Moscow. In addition, he had personal reasons — he often wanted to see his girlfriend, who lived in England ^[19] .

Millwall

So Sergei Juran ended up in London , at the Millwall club of the second English division. Although Juran could have moved to Misty Albion earlier. Even when he was a Benfica player, Kevin Keegan invited him to Newcastle United . However, the transfer did not take place, as the Magpies offered Juran the same salary as in Benfica - that did not suit him. In Millwall, football has faded into the background, giving way to personal life and parties in bars and discos ^[23] . Nevertheless, fans of the club respected Juran. In one of his home games, he had a serious skirmish with a black player of the opposing team, fans of the club, who are considered one of the most radical in England, liked this. After this incident, fans in almost every match recognized him as the team’s best player ^[1] . In 13 championship matches, Juran has just one goal against Norwich City (2-1 win) ^[24] . The footballer was not in the best shape, stopped calling for the national team, and after breaking up with Millwall, he remained without a club for some time.

Fortune Dusseldorf

In search of a new club, Juran trained with Dynamo (Moscow). In the summer off-season of 1996, a number of German clubs showed interest in Juran, the most persistent of which was Fortuna Dusseldorf , which rented Juran. As a result, Sergei went with his wife to Germany ^[25] .

In “Fortune”, Juran played with his long-time partner in the youth team Igor Dobrovolsky . In Dusseldorf, in 1997, a son, Artyom, was born to Juran, and the football career began to improve too. For an incomplete season for “Fortuna”, Juran scored 5 goals and attracted the attention of Klaus Topmöller , coach of the ambitious Bundesliga newcomer “ Bochum ”, in addition, there was also an offer from “ Hamburg ”. As a result, Juran ended up in Bochum, signing a contract for 4 years ^[19] .

Bochum

The 1997/98 season in Bochum was controversial for a football player. Juran again began to constantly play for the Russian team, even scored the winning goal in a match in Moscow with the French team in March 1998. In addition, the football player again began to play in European competitions. On September 30, 1997, in the UEFA Cup, Juran scored twice in the match against Trabzonspor , his club won with a score of 5: 3 (6: 5 in total). In the next round, Juran helped Bochum win the away defeat with a minimum score from Brugge, his team won the match with a score of 4: 1. However, German police stopped Juran from driving while intoxicated, and he was stripped of his driver’s license. The scandals involving the football player, as well as his frequent absences in the national team, became a cause of dissatisfaction with the leadership of the German club, and at the end of the season the contract with Juran was terminated ^[19] .

Return to Spartak

In 1999, Juran again appeared in the Moscow Spartak . Sergey came to the club with great hopes, but it was not easy for a 30-year-old footballer to withstand the months-long training camp at the base in Tarasovka ^[19] . Juran scored just 3 goals this season, but became one of the leaders of the assist team. Fans of the team criticized him for his slowness and taking the ball with his back to the goal. In the summer, Oleg Romantsev decided to part with him. Since then, Juran has not been called to the Russian team either. For six months Spartak tried to sell an expensive player, and only in winter did the Austrian Sturm buy its transfer, signing a contract with him until the end of the season ^[26] .

Storm Graz

Juran ended up in Sturm together with his compatriots Andrei Chernyshov and Ramiz Mammadov and played under the guidance of coach Ivitsa Oshima . The Austrian club performed well in the Champions League , and Sergei Juran again came out in the club's main squad. In the 2000/01 season, Sturm took first place in the Champions League group with Galatasaray , Rangers and Monaco with a goal difference of 9-12. “Sturm” defeated everyone in their field, and conceded on the road with a big score. In matches with the Rangers and Monaco, the Juran team missed five goals. But at the same time, the team pretty confidently beat everyone at home. In the final round in Istanbul, the club managed to take away points from Galatasaray, tied 2: 2, and Sturm from the first place went to the second group round ^[1] . Juran scored three goals: in both matches with Galatasaray and in the home game with the Rangers.

In the match of the Austrian championship against LASK, Juran in the fight for the ball collided in the air with an opponent player and received a comminuted fracture of the frontal bone . For eight months, the footballer came to his senses after this serious injury. At first I took medications that somewhat dulled the pain during exertion. But after a while it turned out that blood tests worsened from potent medications, which indicated a new problem - with the kidneys. Then Juran ordered a special mask at the factory. But this idea had to be abandoned: when the ball touched the head, this defense did not save from pain ^[19] . As a result, in 2001, Sergei Juran ended his career as a football player ^[27] .

Team Career

USSR and CIS

In 1990, having declared himself in Kiev Dynamo , Juran began to be involved in matches of the national teams of the country. As part of the USSR youth team , he became the winner of the European Championship . In the final matches of this tournament, the strong national team of Yugoslavia was beaten. Soon, Juran made his debut in the first team of the USSR.The first match was an unofficial meeting with the Israeli national team on October 9, 1990, in which Juran scored two goals. In November 1990, together with the national team, Juran went on a tour of Central America , and in 1991 took part in the matches of the qualifying tournament of the European Championship . In total, for the USSR national team, Sergei Juran spent 12 matches and scored 2 goals ^{[16] [28]} .

Сергей Юран принял участие в двух матчах команды в финальном турнире, но отличиться забитыми мячами не сумел. Сборная покинула турнир уже после группового этапа. С учётом товарищеской игры со сборной Англии (29 апреля 1992), Юран провёл за сборную СНГ 3 матча ^[16] .

Россия

Несмотря на то, что футболист родился на территории Украины , Юран предпочёл продолжить выступления за вновь созданную сборную России. В дебютном матче в Москве 14 октября 1992 года против сборной Исландии Юран забил единственный и победный гол ^[29] .

17 ноября 1993 года, после матча сборной в Афинах, между рядом ведущих игроков и руководством Российского футбольного союза произошёл конфликт, результатом которого стал отказ некоторых футболистов, среди которых был и Юран, выступать за сборную. Свои требования футболисты зафиксировали в « Письме четырнадцати ». Однако тренеру Павлу Садырину удалось уговорить нескольких игроков, в том числе и Сергея Юрана, отказаться от выдвинутых требований и вернуться в команду. В числе других футболистов, Юран принял участие в чемпионате мира 1994 года , сыграв на нём в одном матче против сборной Бразилии . По мнению Юрана, более сыграть на чемпионате ему не пришлось, поскольку Садырину он был не нужен как игрок, а в команду взяли, чтобы сгладить конфликт «14-ти». В итоге, после прямого вопроса главному тренеру о смысле своего пребывания в сборной (после матча с Камеруном), был отчислен из команды ^[30] .

По завершении чемпионата мира Юран больше года не вызывался в сборную. В конце 1995 года Юран перешёл в московский «Спартак» и тренер сборной, и, по совместительству, клуба Олег Романцев снова стал привлекать его к играм национальной команды. Однако в число футболистов, отправлявшихся на Евро-96 в Англии , Юран не попал (причем его фамилию вычеркнули из заявки перед самым отъездом) ^[25] так как не смог восстановить прежнюю игровую форму ^[31] .

В последующие несколько лет футболист неоднократно выходил на поле в майке сборной России. 25 марта 1998 года Сергей Юран забил свой последний мяч за сборную, поразив ворота сборной Франции в товарищеском матче в Москве. Последний раз Юран вышел на поле в составе сборной 19 мая 1999 года в Туле в матче против Белоруссии . Итого в 25 матчах за Россию Юран забил 5 мячей ^[32] .

Всего в карьере за главные сборные под тремя разными флагами Сергей Юран провёл 40 матчей, забив при этом 7 голов ^[28] .

Сильными сторонами Юрана было ведение мяча, настойчивость и голевое чутьё. Свой большой как для футболиста вес (83 кг при росте 184 см) Юран превратил в преимущество, пользуясь им в противоборствах с соперником. Своим недостатком сам Юран считал плохую игру головой ^[4] . Кроме того, он часто нарушал спортивный режим ^[33] .

В «Динамо» перед Юраном ставилась задача получить мяч и «протащить на себе» защитников. В Португалии в игре Юрана стало меньше индивидуальных действий, улучшилось взаимодействие с партнёрами. Футболист стал меньше бегать с мячом и больше играть в пас. В «Динамо» Юран играл в нападении в связке с Олегом Саленко, в «Бенфике» Сергей образовал тандем с Паулу Футре, последнего он назвал своим лучшим партнёром по атаке ^{[1] [4]} .

Также в одном из интервью Юран признавался, что настоящий форвард должен быть хитрецом и даже артистом. Особенно это должно проявляться в умении упасть в штрафной противника, чтобы заработать пенальти:

Россия

Юран никогда не скрывал, что мечтает в будущем стать футбольным тренером. Завершив карьеру, Юран возвратился в Москву и поступил в Высшую школу тренеров (ВШТ). В июне 2002 года Юран стал директором футбольной Академии московского «Спартака» , а вскоре после этого — возглавил спартаковский дубль. С июня 2003 года «Спартак» после отставки Романцева возглавил Андрей Чернышов , а Сергей Юран стал помощником нового главного тренера ^[34] . В сентябре 2003 года тогдашний президент красно-белых Андрей Червиченко за неудовлетворительные результаты уволил Чернышова и весь его тренерский штаб, в том числе и Юрана ^[35] .

Осенью 2003 года Юран возглавил любительский футбольный клуб « Алмаз » из Москвы , состоявший в основном из воспитанников спартаковской футбольной Академии, и вывел его из третьего дивизиона во второй , заняв первое место в московской зоне ^{[36] [37]} .

В марте 2004 года Сергей Юран, по приглашению губернатора Ставропольского края Александра Черногорова , возглавил местный клуб « Динамо » ^[38] . Перед командой была поставлена задача выхода в Первый дивизион . По итогам сезона «Динамо» досрочно заняло в своей группе первое место, а также победило в Кубке ПФЛ , проводящемся среди победителей зон второго дивизиона. Когда подошло время прохождения процедуры лицензирования в ПФЛ для участия в первенстве России , выяснилось, что у «Динамо» есть долги на сумму около 16 млн рублей. В итоге 21 января клуб не прошёл лицензирование и лишился профессионального статуса, а Сергею Юрану и большинству ведущих игроков пришлось покинуть Ставрополь ^[39] .

В 2005 году Сергей Юран продолжил обучение в ВШТ и защитил диплом ^[40] .

Прибалтика

В латвийский клуб « Диттон » из Даугавпилса , дебютант высшей лиги, Сергей Юран пришёл в январе 2005 года. Но уже в мае Юран покинул его, сославшись на невыполнение руководством продекларированных условий работы, перебои с выплатой заработной платы. Президент клуба Владислав Дриксне положительно отзывался о Юране, по его уходу из клуба «Диттон» опережали только « Вентспилс » и лиепайский « Металлург ». После ухода Юрана некоторое время «Диттон» (ныне « Даугава ») тренировал бывший партнёр Юрана по сборной Сергей Кирьяков , а в итоге клуб закончил чемпионат на рекордном для себя 5-м месте. Относительно самого Юрана ходили слухи, что он возглавит « Сконто », но он стал тренером эстонского ТФМК ^[41] .

О переходе в ТФМК Юран договорился с президентом эстонского клуба Петром Сединым ^[42] , его заработная плата составляла 4500 долларов в месяц ^[43] . Юран занимал должность главного тренера клуба ТФМК с июля по ноябрь 2006 года. По итогам сезона ТФМК занял четвёртое место в чемпионате , выиграл кубок Эстонии и Суперкубок . В обоих матчах была обыграна « Флора » со счётом 1:0 и 1:1 (3:2 по пенальти) соответственно ^{[44] [45]} .

Возвращение в Россию

В ноябре 2006 года Сергей Юран принял приглашение возглавить команду первого российского дивизиона « Шинник » из Ярославля. Целью на сезон 2007 года руководители клуба и новый главный тренер назвали возвращение в Высший дивизион . С поставленной задачей команда уверенно справилась, завоевав повышение в главную лигу страны за несколько туров до окончания сезона. Это случилось в матче 39-го тура против « СКА Ростов-на-Дону », «Шинник» занимал первое место в турнирной таблице с отрывом в 44 очка, команду Юрана устраивала и ничья, в итоге игра завершилась со счётом 2:2 ^[46] . Однако 30 апреля 2008 года Юран был уволен с поста главного тренера футбольного клуба «Шинника», причиной увольнения стали неудовлетворительные результаты игры команды, хотя официальная формулировка звучала как «за нарушение контрактных обязательств». Сам Юран заявил, что клуб сам нарушил контракт, не расплатившись с ним за прошедший сезон ^[47] .

Во время перерыва в чемпионате страны на первенство Европы Юран возглавил подмосковные « Химки ». Задачу оставить клуб в Премьер-лиге Юран выполнил, добившись 14-го места, но был уволен в связи с окончанием контракта. По словам Юрана, в случае сохранения места в Премьер-лиге 1 декабря должно было вступить в силу другой контракт — сроком на два года. Однако этот договор не зарегистрировали в РФПЛ ^[48] .

Казахстан и Азербайджан

С января 2009 года Юран работал в астанинском «Локомотиве», он принял клуб за шесть дней до старта чемпионата . Перед командой была поставлена задача занять первое или второе место в лиге ^[49] . Клуб справился с задачей, уступив в турнирной таблице лишь « Актобе ». 20 сентября 2009 года Юран покинул клуб из-за задержки заработной платы ^[50] .

В июле 2011 года назначен главным тренером азербайджанского « Симурга ». После 20 матчей «Симург» занимал десятое место в Премьер-лиге , что совершенно не соответствовало предсезонным ожиданиям руководства. От зоны вылета «Симург» отделяли лишь четыре очка, при этом команда досрочно прекратила борьбу в кубке Азербайджана . В итоге 27 февраля 2012 года Юран расторг контракт с руководством клуба по обоюдному согласию. Вместе с ним тренерский штаб «Симурга» покинули его брат Юрий Юран и Игорь Ющенко ^[51] .

Второе возвращение в Россию

С 6 мая 2012 года Юран работал в «Сибири» из Новосибирска. После 25 матчей «Сибирь» занимала шестое место в первенстве ФНЛ, отставая от четвёртой позиции, дающей право на стыковые матчи за выход в Премьер-лигу, на два очка. С начала сезона клуб стал испытывать финансовые проблемы, что привело к уходу из команды ряда ведущих игроков ^[52] . 16 марта 2013 года по обоюдному согласию сторон договор Юрана с клубом был расторгнут, ходили также слухи, что отставка тренера связана с его критикой системы «осень-весна» ^[53] .

29 декабря 2014 года подписал контракт с « Балтикой » на 2,5 года с задачей на оставшуюся часть сезона 2014/15 сохранения «Балтикой» места в ФНЛ. Стратегической целью был выход команды в Премьер-лигу не позднее 2017 года ^[54] . По итогам сезона калининградский клуб занял 15-е место, что позволило ему остаться во втором по силе футбольном дивизионе России. 16 июня 2015 года Юран сообщил о том, что покидает калининградскую «Балтику» из-за сокращения финансирования клуба в четыре раза ^[55] .

«Мика» (Армения)

В январе 2016 подписал контракт с армянским клубом « Мика », рассчитанный до 1 июня ^[56] . Юран вывел «Мику» в финал кубка Армении , где команда уступила со счётом 2:0 « Бананцу ». После этого поражения контракт был разорван по обоюдному согласию, вместе с Юраном команду покинул президент Хорен Оганесян ^[57] .

Третье возвращение в Россию

В июне 2017 года возглавил в качестве главного тренера футбольный клуб « Зоркий » из подмосковного Красногорска . Команда включена в состав участников зоны Центр Профессиональной Футбольной Лиги России ^{[58] [59]} .

Первой женой Юрана была Илона Чубарова, дочь администратора киевского « Динамо » Александра Чубарова. Продлившись чуть больше года, этот брак распался в 1991 году ^[21] . Второй женой была гражданка Португалии , брак продлился несколько месяцев, но дал Юрану возможность получить португальское гражданство ^[21] . Кроме португальского, у Юрана есть также российское и украинское гражданство ^[4] .

Позже Сергей Юран женился в третий раз, жена Людмила работала на телеканале « НТВ-Плюс Футбол » ведущей передачи «Нефутбольные истории» ^[60] . С будущей женой Юран познакомился в 1991 году в Лиссабоне , когда Людмила в составе ансамбля народных танцев «Берёзка» приехала туда на гастроли — после представления Юран пригласил русских артистов на ужин. Когда Людмила стала постоянно проживать в Великобритании , ожидая получения вида на жительство, Юран каждые выходные летал к ней из Порту в Лондон . В команде даже поползли слухи о том, что футболист подыскал себе клуб в Англии и готовится к подписанию контракта ^[13] . В конце концов, после перехода Юрана в лондонский «Миллуолл» они с Людмилой стали жить вместе, а после переезда в Германию поженились ^[60] . Оба сына — Артём (1997 г. р.) и Роман (2007 г. р.) ^[61] — занимаются футболом. Младший сын тренируется в школе ЦСКА. Старший начал заниматься футболом там же. Был на просмотре в нескольких клубах Германии и в « Ливерпуле » ^[1] . Ныне выступает под руководством отца за клуб ПФЛ « Зоркий ».
