On the territory of the district there are 16,069 residential buildings, with a building density of about 16.00 buildings per km 2 . Racial composition of the population: white - 93.48%, African - Americans - 3.56%, Native Americans ( Indians ) - 0.20%, Asians - 1.33%, Hawaiians - 0.03%, representatives of other races - 0.46 %, representatives of two or more races - 0.93%. Hispanics made up 1.38% of the population, regardless of race .
