Biography

Since 1939, he served in the Red Army, during the Great Patriotic War - in the communications company of the Higher School of Navigators and ADD pilots. He was awarded the Order of the Red Star for the manufacture of the drive radio "Target" [1] .

In 1945-1951 he studied at the radio engineering faculty of MPEI . He was left in graduate school, but already in 1952 he was appointed head of the design bureau of the special section of the BID. He led the development of a radio monitoring system for the point of impact of the head parts of P2 missiles.

He participated in the development of the “Fakel”, “Tral”, “Binocular” and “Irtysh” radar systems.

Winner of the Lenin Prize of 1957 - for participating in work to ensure the launch of the first Earth satellite.

Since 1958, the first deputy. chief designer of OKB MEI.

Candidate of Technical Sciences since 1959 - without defending a dissertation.

Conducted teaching and research work at MPEI: assistant of the department, associate professor, professor.

He was awarded two Orders of Lenin , orders of the Red Banner of Labor , “Badge of Honor” , and Korolev and Gagarin medals.

Honored Worker of Science and Technology of the RSFSR (1983).

He was buried at Vvedensky cemetery .
