Vivid , the debut studio album of the American rock band Living Color , was released in 1988 via Epic Records . It is one of the most popular records of 1988: the disc took the 6th place on the Billboard 200 chart and became twice “ platinum ” in the USA. Five singles were released in support of the album: Cult of Personality, Middle Man, Glamor Boys, Open Letter (To a Landlord) and Funny Vibe. The debut single of the band - “ Cult of Personality ”, became the winner of the Grammy Award in the category “ Best Hard Rock Performance ” .
