Game career

At the age of six, his father gave Michael for gymnastics. Two years later, the future footballer went to the Carpathian school in Lviv, where he was assigned to the group to Nikolai Dudarenko. Over time, he turned to Roman Derkach, under whose leadership he played in DUFL. In the 10th grade, in the final part of the Youth League scored six goals in five matches. After that he was invited to the youth team of Ukraine. In total, the national team held seven training camps [1] . In January 2013, as part of the yellow-blue, he took part in the XXV tournament in memory of Valentin Granatkin in St. Petersburg, where the Ukrainians became bronze medalists (head coach of the team - Alexander Petrakov ) [2] .

In the summer of 2012, Zaviisky was enrolled in the youth team of the Carpathians. After the goalkeeper of the young “green lions”, who was their captain, left the team, the captain's armband passed to Taras. In total, Zaviisky played 21 matches in the youth team, scored 9 goals. After one of the training games with understudies, the footballer was told that he would go to Turkey to train with his seniors. Not having time to play a single official match in the double, the guy was taken to the base [3] . After the first training with the base, Nikolai Kostov commented on the appearance of the player in his team, “I didn’t notice Taras Zaviisky, since I did not have the opportunity to watch the matches of the junior team. But my assistants had more information about the young players and said that you need to pay attention to Taras - he is a talented football player. Of course, I gave him a chance to prove himself. Now a lot will depend on him - how he adapts to our team, how he will show himself in training. I hope that everything goes well with him. At least the first impressions of his work are positive ” [4] .

In the Ukrainian Premier League, the footballer made his debut on March 15, 2013 in a away match against Zaporizhzhya Metallurg (1: 1). Nikolai Kostov released a young striker in the 87th minute of the match instead of Mikhail Kopolovets , making Zaviisky the youngest player in the championship. After the match, the football player commented on his game, “It’s nice that the coach gave me a chance to prove myself. I think that I did not take 100% chance. He could have scored when Sergey Zenev coolly removed his opponent’s heel and gave me a place. Sergei himself had the opportunity to punch, but saw that I was in a better position. I aimed at the far corner, but the goalkeeper of Metallurg was able to hit the ball with his foot. I will draw conclusions and will work on implementation in the future ” [5] .

In January 2015, Igor Jovichevich once again took the attacker with the main team [6] .

In September 2018, he became a player in the German amateur Hessenlig club (5th division level) Buchonia from Fleden , signing a contract until the end of June 2019 [7] .
