Abdurashidov, Adlan Alievich

Adlan Alievich Abdurashidov (born , ) is a Russian boxer of Chechen origin. Russian Boxing Champion (2017) [1] , two-time finalist of the Russian Boxing Championship (2012, 2014), winner of the 2013 Summer Universiade in Kazan , participant in the 2016 Summer Olympics . Master of Sports of Russia of international class [2] . Member of the national team since 2015 [3] .

Biography

Born July 31, 1990. In 2003, he began boxing. His first coach was D. G. Karakash. Subsequently, he was trained by A.D. Abdurashidov and A.E. Martynov. Graduated from Moscow State Mining University [3] (now - Mining Institute NUST “MISiS” ).

Sports career

  • European Championship among students of 2009, Elista , 64 kg - 01!   ;
  • Russian Boxing Championship 2012 , Syktyvkar , 60 kg - 02!   ;

In the Russian team since 2012, after he became a finalist of the Russian championship in 2012 [4] .

  • 2012 World Series Boxing , 61 kg - 02!   ;
    • In the group stage victory over Williams Raynell (USA), Siddhart Varma (India), Mirtilek Sherov (Kyrgyzstan) and Domenico Valentino (Italy) [5] .
    • Final - lost to Juan Romero (Mexico) [6] .

In 2015, he successfully performed in the team championship of the World Series of Boxing, winning five of six fights and took place in the top three boxers of the series. After that, in November, AIBA provided a ticket to the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro (2016) [8] .

    • 08/09/2016 - (preliminary 1/8) lost on points to Red Benbaziz (Algeria) and completed his performance at the Olympics.
