Biography

Born in the family of a railwayman. Russian. In 1916 he graduated from a real school. He began his career in 1919 as a landing controller on the railway. Then he worked as a worker in the seaport, at the Znamya Truda plant, a brewery, and a Rudmetalltorg hammer thresher.

In 1929 he graduated from the evening labor faculty at the Leningrad Polytechnic Institute , in 1935 - the Leningrad Institute of Agricultural Mechanization . In the direction he left for Yakutia, worked as an engineer of a state farm, director of the Amchinsky grain farm of the Yakut ASSR. In October 1939 he returned to Leningrad. He worked as a laboratory assistant at the Department of Machine Parts at the Institute of Film Engineers. Since September 1940 - Lenrembtrest engineer.

In October 1941 he was drafted into the Red Army, participated in the defense of Leningrad. Since April 1942, he was the head of the military-technical supply of the 1164th cannon artillery regiment, which was being formed in the Urals Military District. Since August, as part of the regiment, he participated in battles on the Volkhov Front, and since April 1943, he was an assistant commander of the same regiment. Since July 1943 - assistant commander for the technical part of the 7th cannon artillery brigade. For the excellent supply of brigade units with ammunition, the smooth operation of the tractor fleet was awarded the Order. Since November 1944 - engineer of the technical supply department of the military-construction department. After the Victory, he was transferred to the reserve.

He returned to work in agriculture. Since March 1946 - Director of the farm "Polyany" of the Leningrad region. He successfully managed the farm for eight years.

In March 1954, the Ministry of Agriculture was sent to the development of virgin lands , in Kazakhstan. He was appointed director of the new state farm “Free” in the modern Esilsky district of Akmola region . He had to create a farm in the wild steppe literally from scratch. I personally chose a place for the construction of the village, violating the order of the ministry. Much attention was paid to the training of machine operators. In a short time he created a strong team of workers and employees of the state farm.

In 1954, virgin lands from Svobodny plowed and sowed only a thousand hectares. And in the second year, when there was already where to live, the collective turned around and raised 25 thousand hectares of virgin lands. In 1956, the young farm raised its first rich harvest. About two million pounds of bread were collected. The cost of a centner of grain cost 28 rubles 28 kopecks instead of 35 rubles 10 kopecks according to plan. The farm received almost 4.5 million rubles of net income. The state farm paid off ahead of schedule with the state, completely covered the seeds.

By a decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of January 11, 1957 “for particularly outstanding successes achieved in the development of virgin and fallow lands and a high harvest” [1] Beloboky Alexander Andreevich was awarded the title Hero of Socialist Labor with the award of the Order of Lenin and the gold medal “ Hammer and sickle".

In 1959 he returned to his homeland. He worked as the director of the Grazhdansky state farm in the village of Zaporizhzhya in the Priozersky District of the Leningrad Region. In 1963 he retired, but continued to work as an engineer in the mechanization department of the Leningrad Regional Department of Agriculture.

He lived in the city of Leningrad. He died before 1985.
