Andrei Georgievich Brown (born 1937) is a Soviet and Kazakhstani statesman. Hero of Socialist Labor . Head of Tselinograd (Akmola region) from 1986 to 1997.

Biography
Born on February 14, 1937 in the village of Rundiviziya, Chernihiv Oblast, Ukrainian SSR . German Father - George Brown - worked as a carpenter on a collective farm, in 1936 he was repressed. Mother is Maria Charlotte.

- 1965 - Omsk Agricultural Institute. CM. Kirova (in absentia), livestock scientist
- 1994 - Candidate of Agricultural Sciences. Thesis: "Productive qualities and biological characteristics of cattle of dairy breeds of Northern Kazakhstan"

- 1958-1961 - livestock specialist in a subsidiary farm in Kupchanovka
- 1961-1967 - livestock specialist, chief livestock specialist of the Kapitonovsky state farm in the Makinsky district of the Tselinograd region
