Tepman, Ilya Avramovich

Lenin Prize - 1966

In 1948-1949, an electrical technician at the Kharkiv Design and Construction Trust “Yuzhelektromontazh”.

In 1949-1954, a student at the Kharkov Polytechnic Institute .

Since 1954 he worked in Saransk at the Elektrovypryamitel plant, and since 1960 he was the chief engineer.

The 1966 Lenin Prize is for the study of complex structures with p – n junctions, the development of manufacturing technology, and the introduction of silicon power valves into serial production.
