Geography
Prudki village is located about 16 km north of the center of Spas-Klepiki . The nearest populated areas are Beloye village to the north, Petryayevo village to the east and Nenorovo village to the south. Along the village flows the river Vozha.
History
The village of Prudki, which has the Church of the Most Holy Theotokos, was first mentioned in the sentinel and census book in 1681 [2] .
In 1905, the village was the administrative center of the Prudkovsky parish, Kasimov district, and had 17 households with a population of 51 people. 1 km to the south of the village of Prudki was the village of Prudy, which had 43 courtyards with a population of 466 people [3] . By the middle of the 20th century, the village and the village united into one settlement: the village of Prudki. In 2016, 2 people live in winter, and 30 people in summer. In 2016, the village of Prudki was divided into 2 streets: 1st to the river Vozha, 2nd to the village Vozha and to the village of Beloye.
