Education
He graduated from the Azerbaijan Industrial Institute (now the Azerbaijan Oil Institute ) with a degree in mining engineer in the oilfield business (1941).
Work Biography
“The work path of D. A. Takoyev is an example of honest and conscientious service to the motherland and people. As an oil specialist, he was formed during the difficult years of World War II and the post-war period in the oil fields of Bashkiria and the Kuibyshev (Samara) region ” [1] (P.209). Since 1941, he worked in various positions at enterprises and organizations associated with the oil industry:
- Worker, master of oil production at the Ishimbayneft trust. When he arrived in Ishimbay after the institute he worked at the Kuzminovskoye field, where the Kuzminovskoye oil field , discovered in 1939, was being developed [2]
- Head of Fishing at the Tuymazaneft Trust;
- 1947 (1948 - other data [1] ) - 1955 chief engineer, since 1950 managing the trust "Stavropolneft" association "Kuibyshevneft";
- 1955-1957 - Head of the Pervomayneft Department;
- 1958-1960 Head industrial transport department of the Kuibyshev regional committee of the CPSU;
- 1960-1964 beginning Department of the oil and gas industry of the Kuibyshev Economic Council;
- 1964-1970 Head of the Kuibyshevneft Association
- 1970-1984 Deputy Minister of the USSR Petroleum Industry for Foreign Economic Affairs and Scientific and Practical Cooperation with the World.
In recent years, he worked at the All-Union Oil and Gas Research Institute (VNIIneft).
Twice elected as a deputy of the Supreme Council of the RSFSR [3] .
The author of 7 inventions, 20 rationalization proposals introduced in the oil industry.
