Biography
Pl descent from the peasants. He graduated from the two-year ministerial school. He was a worker of the Izhevsk arms factory . From the workers of this plant was elected by the elector [1] . Nonpartisan [2] . By conviction - the extreme left [1] .
On April 15, 1906 he was elected to the State Duma of the first convocation from the general electors of the Vyatka provincial electoral assembly. He put his signature on the bill "33" on the agricultural issue. After the dissolution of the Duma, he was expelled from the Vyatka province.
In the days of the February Revolution of 1917 he sent a welcome telegram to the State Duma in connection with the victory of the revolution.
The fate and date of death is unknown.
