Biography
By Tatar nationality. He professed Sunni Islam . Originally from peasants. A graduate of the Semipalatinsk Madrasah, continued his studies in Constantinople . In 1904 he returned to his homeland, where he was elected a mullah. He was a law teacher at the Mohammedan school in the village of Shishiner [3] .
On April 16, 1906 he was elected to the State Duma of the first convocation from the general electors of the Vyatka provincial electoral assembly. He was a member of the Cadet fraction [4] . Belongs to the Muslim group of the same party [3] . He did not conduct active work in the State Duma.
The fate and date of death is unknown.
