McNeil, Kate

Kate McNeil ( born Kate McNeil , born August 17, 1959) is an American television actress. She was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and began her career in the daytime soap opera, How the World Turns , where she starred on a regular basis from 1981 to 1985. Between filming in the soap, McNeil played a major role in the low-budget, but commercially successful slasher film, On Greek Street (1983) [2] . Since then, she has appeared in several more films, including “ I Agree to Everything ” (1994), “ Sudden Death ” (1995), “ Space Cowboys ” (2000) and “ Brilliance ” (2001), but had a major role only in horror " The Killer Monkey " (1988).

McNeill played several dozen roles on television. In the mid-1980s, she had prominent roles in the mini-series “Cain and Abel” and “ North and South 2 ”, and in the 1990s she appeared in three television films-sequels of the classic series “ Waltons ” [3] . In the early 1990s, she also had regular roles in two short-lived CBS series: Radio WIOU and Bodies Like Evidence [3] .
