On the territory of the district there are 10,795 residential buildings, with a building density of about 4.00-x buildings per km 2 . The racial composition of the population: whites - 91.70%, African Americans - 4.10%, Native Americans ( Indians ) - 2.40%, Asians - 0.20%, Hawaiians - 0.00%, representatives of other races - 0.20 %, representatives of two or more races - 1.40%. Hispanic people accounted for 0.90% of the population, regardless of race .
